* The sensor is a new generation device.
High intelligence of the sensor is provided with the digital signal processor.
It permits to refine its functional and operational characteristics.
* The signal processing and the division into 12 subzones permit to create the uniform sensitivity along the full length of the detection zone, to define the detection zone boundaries and to increase the interference immunity to people and transport movements out of the detection zone.
* The disconnection of one or some subzones permits to organize approved passages, e.g. for peoples passages through control posts or transport passing through gates.
* The division into 12 subzones permits to increase the interference immunity to birds, small animals and weather conditions within the detection zone incomparison with other similar microwave monostatic sensors.
* All settings can be controlled or changed with a control device or with a PC.

The rest

 * The sensor has a volumetric detection zone, generated by an electromagnetic radiation. The sensor principle of 

   operation is based on the linear-frequency modulation.

   Reflecting from surrounding objects, electromagnetic waves, beamed by the sensor, return on its microwave receiver.

   Crossing the detection zone, an intruder causes changes in the received signal. The changes are conditioned by  the  

   Doppler effect. It activates an alarm generated by the sensor.
